Faleh Fawaz Al-Subaie General Contracting Est. is a Saudi-based construction services company, founded in 2004. The establishment first made its mark on the industry by pioneering the use of steel-reinforced concrete for general buildings, tanks, infrastructure, equipment foundations, and road works — enabling the company to deliver safer, stronger, and more efficient work to its clients. The company continues to embrace emerging technologies and offers an increasingly diversified set of services, with an annual construction volume of SR 80 million.
We have experienced and qualified managers for each department. We have engineers of all disciplines, QA/QC inspectors, safety engineers, safety officers, planners, material engineers, supervisors, permit receivers, and draftsmen. Our team is conversant with Saudi Aramco standards and the related construction and QA/QC procedures and safety requirements, as most of them work on Saudi Aramco projects. We have skilled labor across all fields, managed by highly qualified foremen. In addition, we have visas available to hire additional manpower of any category to back up our existing resources.
With the quality of our staff and labor, and our available resources and materials, we can accomplish any project on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality and safety.
